2004
Medica UK was established
2007
Nuffield Health acquire 50%, and further shares in 2011
2012
Medica UK achieves ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications
2013
Nuffield Health sell a majority shareholding to CBPE
2014
We relocate from Battle to Hastings, East Sussex to help facilitate our growth. We also establish our Clinical Advisory Group, as well as bringing our out-of-hours call handling team in-house to help improve our NightHawk service.
2017
The company becomes a listed business, entering the London Stock Exchange as Medica Group PLC
2019
Dr Stuart Quin joins as Medica Group CEO
March 2019
Expansion of our reporting team internationally
