On Thursday 3rd July, Helena Dollimore, Labour MP for Hastings and Rye, visited our Hastings office for a tour and to meet with our team. The visit was well timed, coinciding with the recent release of the UK government’s 10-year health plan for England, which sparked valuable discussions about the future of healthcare delivery and the role of teleradiology services.
During her visit, Helena was introduced to our business model and the telemedicine services we provide across the UK. We gave her a detailed overview of how we support the NHS by delivering fast, high-quality radiology and pathology reporting—a key part of tackling imaging backlogs and reducing patient waiting times.
“We were delighted to welcome Helena Dollimore to our Hastings office,” said Ben Garlick, our Head of Commercial. “We are grateful for Helena’s visit, it was a valuable opportunity to share the important role we play in supporting the national healthcare system, and to explore ways we can further support our nearby community as a dedicated local employer in Hastings”.
The visit was held in partnership with AXREM, the UK trade association representing the interests of suppliers of diagnostic medical imaging, radiotherapy, healthcare IT and care equipment.
We also discussed our involvement in the local community. Our team shared how we currently collaborate with schools in the area to raise awareness about careers in healthcare and technology, and explored ways to expand this outreach even further.
Helena’s visit highlighted our ongoing efforts to raise our profile in Hastings and strengthen our role as a long-standing local employer, while continuing to support national healthcare services through our specialist services.
