October will see attendance at several industry events spanning the length of the country and we welcome you to visit us at any of the following:

LONDON

Event: RCR Abdominal MRI Study Day
When: Wednesday 4th October 2017
Where: Cavendish Conference centre

This study day covers all aspects of abdominal MRI imaging. Hear updates from experienced radiologists about current applications as well as future prospects.  Incidental musculoskeletal findings will also be covered. Talks will cover information on recommended MR sequences as well as ‘top tips’ for dealing with common problems encountered in everyday clinical practice.

SOMERSET

Event: South West Radiological Association
When: Friday 6th October 2017
Where: Dillington House

An all-day meeting with a mixed program aimed at DGH consultants. With guest speaker Dr Nicola Strickland, President RCR also including Dr David Wilson, Oxford and clinical audit lead, Medica Group speaking on the topic of Teleradiology audit strengths and weaknesses.

CAMBRIDGE

Event: BIR Genitourinary imaging update
When: Friday 13th October 2017
Where: Robinson College

This event will cover various aspects of urinary tract imaging including anatomy, diagnosis of common pathological conditions with a particular focus on malignancy and image-guided intervention. It will highlight several new diagnostic strategies and imaging modalities related to the urinary tract.

In order to make the day more interactive for the delegates, each lecture will be followed by a short Q&A and discussion session.

BIRMINGHAM

Event: HC-UK Clinical Audit practice
When: Thursday 19th October 2017
Where: Studio Conference centre

Through a series of national updates, practical case studies, extended sessions and poster presentations, this one-day conference brings together an exceptional gathering of leading practitioners, clinicians, and policymakers to set out the major developments, promote innovative areas of clinical audit, and debate the key challenges affecting you and your clinical audit practice.

This summit focuses on ‘clinical audit for improvement’ with a particular focus on the development of effective local clinical audit leading to audit recommendations that change practice and improve patient care.
