Paul Elliott appointed as Chief Transformation Officer at Medica

We’re pleased to announce that Paul Elliott has been appointed as Chief Transformation Officer.

Paul has extensive experience of leading service improvements and transformations in a variety of organisations and sectors. His past roles include Head of Operations at First Direct Bank, COO at E.ON UK, COO at Acorn Care & Education, Director of Customer Service & Healthcare at Bupa, and Chairman of Bupa Dental Services.

Over the past six months, Paul has delivered outstanding results as our Interim UK Managing Director, playing a key role in strengthening our operations and leading the successful transformation of our NightHawk service.

As Chief Transformation Officer, Paul will lead a number of strategic initiatives focused on driving innovation, improving quality, enhancing our commercial propositions, and developing our data analytics capabilities.
