Chris Bayley

Chris brings extensive technology leadership and transformation experience to the Medica Board, having held senior technology roles across a range of international businesses. He is currently Chief Technology Officer at Audley Travel and was previously Chief Information Officer at Smith & Nephew and TUI.

Throughout his career, Chris has led significant technology-enabled business transformations, with particular expertise in technology strategy, digital, data, AI and cyber security. He brings experience of aligning technology investment with business strategy to support growth, improve operational performance and manage technology risk.

Chris holds a BSc in Computing & Informatics from the University of Plymouth.
