James joined Medica as a Support Engineer within Service Delivery in 2013 and has fulfilled a number of roles within the business during its significant and sustained growth.

Championing customer success, James works with executives and other stakeholder groups across all areas of the business, combining the latest data processing, visualisation and task automation technology with best practice to analyse, drive and deliver real improvements to internal and external services.
