Senior Project Manager
Sam joined Medica in October 2019 and heads up the Project Delivery team. An experienced Project, Programme and Change Manager, Sam has worked in a wide range of industries within both the public and private sectors. She has significant experience in setting up project teams, coaching new project professionals and successfully developing project management practice.
She has delivered a very diverse portfolio of projects – from multi-million-pound IT projects (from procurement through to implementation) to enterprise-wide organisational re-design.
Whilst at the Cabinet Office, Sam set up the Project Leadership Programme for project managers across government and also became an accredited Project Assurance reviewer, carrying our project reviews and peer challenges for major public sector projects.
Sam is a Chartered Project Professional, has a BA in Philosophy and Politics and an MBA specialising in Technology Strategy.
Sam has recently been appointed as the Chair of the Association of Project Management (APM) Festival of Education and Research and is also the Chair and Moderator for the annual APM Project Management Awards
