Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join the market leader in telehealth services in the UK and Ireland as we are looking to bring onboard a part time Radiology Administrator / Receptionist to join our growing team in our Arklow clinic.

Joining a dynamic team within our Radiology clinic in Arklow, you will be the front facing staff member for all patients coming to our clinics. This is a great opportunity for someone with great organisational and people skills, who has a passion for healthcare, helping others and a personal care for the productivity of our clinics.

This role is a part time 7 month fixed term contract, working 2 days a week.

Our proven track record shows improvement in access for patients through the resolution of traditional radiology bottle necks and workflow inefficiencies, while simultaneously reducing costs for the hospital.

Requirements:

  • Managing phone calls and incoming patients whilst on Reception
  • Diary Management involving booking various radiological investigations including CT, MRI, Ultrasound and X-Ray
  • Managing online health insurance/accounts package
  • Administration of the End of day accounts and ad hoc duties as required
  • Monitoring radiology reporting across private and public contracts.
  • Monitoring provision of daytime reporting, backlog reporting, clinical audits and out of hours services to multiple sites across Ireland.
  • Strong communication skills
