NightHawk Administrator

28 hours per week. Shifts 16:45-00:45 and 00:30-08:30; 8 hours shifts; 6 weeks rolling rota.

Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are in search for their new NightHawk administrator.

Joining an energetic team focusing on top quality service and support for our clients and radiologist. In this role you will be in a fast-paced office environment that has a passion for patient safety and support for our clients, in delivering the operational elements of Medica’s acute service lines.

In this opportunity you will be acting as Medica’s primary point of contact as a part of Medica’s Service delivery NightHawk team, speaking with clients, managing workflow, and engaging with radiologists with support and administrative tasks.

This is a great chance for someone who has a passion for patient safety, enjoys working in a team, with a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and thrives in pressurised moments.

Requirements:

• Excellent and professional phone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A good team player with experience working within a team
• Customer service experience
• Able to thrive working in a fast-paced office environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A great knowledge and experience of office-based systems
• Experience with administration skills and IT literacy.
