Work for us at HQ
Roles are varied at our Hastings HQ and being just a five minute stroll from the beach, a dose of sea air could be quite the mid-shift tonic.
From recruitment to HR, marketing to finances, the HQ team works together to keep up our innovation and growth – and we’re a very friendly bunch!
They say a smile is infectious – at Medica that’s definitely the case.

Working remotely doesn’t mean we never get to see each other. Putting faces to names is a regular appointment on our calendars, giving us the chance to catch up, talk shop and have a natter.
Life at Medica isn’t all reporting – we hold summer parties, beach days, quiz nights and reward evenings so we can let our hair down and make sure that all of our staff are rewarded for what they do and thanked properly, face to face.
Our chosen charity
Medica has partnered with RefuAid to support refugees into meaningful employment. As part of this partnership we will be supporting Dr Mohammed Jalaleddin (a refugee Syrian radiologist) on his journey to qualification as a radiologist in the UK. He worked as a radiologist in Syria before having to relocate to the UK given the ongoing conflict.
Given the challenges that already affects radiology and the likelihood this will become more acute in the years to come, Medica are proud to support this charity and the impeccable work they are accomplishing.

What our staff say
“I’m proud of what Medica does; the NHS is wonderful and now we report almost 2m reports each year. The part we play to support the NHS is something to be very proud of.”
“Change is well managed at Medica – everyone is brought in to share their opinion and to look at impact before anything is done and that makes such a difference.”
“We work with our clients, partners and stakeholders to give them what they need, rather than what we think they want us to deliver.”
