The Care Quality Commission (CQC) made an unannounced inspection visit to MEDICA on the 23rd January 2014. MEDICA met the standards across the board.
The report details comments gathered during the inspection and representatives from NHS trusts that have used MEDICA services told CQC, that MEDICA offered a “Reliable and professional service,” which was “Efficient and trouble free.”
