We are delighted to welcome Fodi Kyriakos to Medica.
Fodi joins us as a highly respected Radiography Workforce Specialist, strategic advisor and workforce innovator, bringing more than 25 years’ experience across the diagnostic imaging and oncology sectors. Throughout his career, he has helped healthcare organisations develop sustainable workforce solutions, strengthen professional communities and increase diagnostic capacity through service innovation, education and collaborative partnerships.
Fodi is the Founder of the Skilled Personnel Network, an initiative dedicated to supporting workforce development through continuing professional development (CPD) programmes for radiographers. He is passionate about creating opportunities that enable radiographers to diversify their careers, develop leadership skills and play an active role in shaping the future of diagnostic services.
Having been involved in radiographer reporting services since 2012, Fodi founded RIG Reporting, the UK’s first external X-ray reporting service for the NHS. Following its acquisition by InHealth Group in 2016, he joined the senior leadership team as Head of Reporting, where he established InHealth Reporting’s teleradiology service, helping to expand diagnostic capacity through digitally enabled reporting models.
Today, Fodi has developed a diverse portfolio career spanning consultancy, education, mentoring and strategic advisory roles. At Medica, he will work closely with NHS organisations and reporting radiographers to develop innovative reporting solutions that improve access to diagnostic services while supporting long-term workforce sustainability. His expertise in reporting will also help strengthen Medica’s support for plain film x-ray reporting services, enabling NHS organisations to access additional capacity and address growing demand across diagnostic pathways.
Alongside his professional work, Fodi is also a Corporate Champion for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, reflecting his commitment to improving patient outcomes and supporting the wider healthcare community.
