Holly Ainger

Holly joined Medica in August 2023 as Group Head of Marketing and Communications. She is responsible for driving forward our marketing strategy working with our commercial teams to support retention and acquisition for our clients and reporting community. She brings a wealth of experience working in the NHS and private healthcare organisations in the UK and globally.

In December 2023, Holly became General Manager for JCA Seminars and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and marketing activities.

Prior to joining Medica, Holly was Marketing Director at Nuffield Health, the UK’s largest healthcare charity for nearly seven years heading up marketing, brand, digital and CRM. Her previous experience was then in radiology as Head of Sales and Marketing at Alliance Medical for over six years.
