Since joining Medica in 2017, Rob has brought his 25 years IT experience to both the technical and managerial side of the job in order to drive the IT function forward and continue to improve upon the great service currently delivered.
IM&T operate a busy Service Desk 24×365, ensuring that Medica runs seamlessly day to day. This includes troubleshooting client and reporting issues and providing 24/7 cover for everything in between. The IM&T team work to keep all active systems as seamless and reliable as possible. Identifying and implementing new technology ensures that staff and reporters at Medica have the tools they need to deliver a consistently superior service. The team are all passionate about technology and driven to use technology to continually improve the service offered to clients and to make a real difference to patients.
