Job Role:
This is an exciting time to join the market leader in telehealth services in the UK and Ireland as we are looking to expand the Radiographer team in one of our 3 SwiftCare X-Ray Services Clinic, located in Balally.

You will be joining a team of both permanent and locum radiographers, where you will take a leading role in the clinics day-to-day running and management. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated individual looking to join a fast-paced clinic.

Additional to your responsibilities as an active radiographer within the practice, key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the key radiographer person of contact within the clinic for all key stakeholders, maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues.
  • Oversee the weekly management, tracking and ordering of supplies.
  • Manage operational rosters and spot potential gaps within rostering requirements
  • Assisting in achieving and maintaining the clinics CHKS accreditation through review and development of policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Assisting the Radiology Services Manager in the managing of any issues that may arise within the clinic and alert them of any areas of risk across Global Diagnostics.

Requirements:

  • Diagnostic Radiography degree
  • Minimum 2 years General Radiography experience
  • Be a registered member of CORU (or evidence of being in the process of becoming registered)
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • An ability to work independently
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and dedicated to delivering the highest standards of clinical practice
  • Experience in compliance with organisational policies, procedures and protocols including Quality Assurance and Key Performance Indicators.
